Sales Executives/Supervisor for Consumer Based Goods (CBG)

1. Customer Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and prospects.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends in
CBG sgement.
2. Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales
targets.
• Create and execute sales plans, including pricing strategies and promotional
activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge:
• Stay up to date with knowledge about various CBG products, including types,
quality, and origin.
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of different CBG products.
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding product quality and
specifications.

5. Travel:
• Depending on the territory and customer base, travel may be required to
meet clients, attend trade shows, or participate in industry events.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role in the rice or food industry
is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of rice products and the agricultural industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required.
