About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager with expertise in Corporate and B2B Sales with the Whole Spices Business (Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales and be a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your designated region, primarily focusing on Corporate and B2B customers. This position requires a proactive and aggressive sales approach and entails regular travel within the assigned area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Base of min 10-15 Large Suppliers and network in spices buyer too .

  • Have done Trade finance of minimum 10 suppliers in the region should have a good knowledge on buyer side as well and some contacts (min 3-4 buyer contacts)

  • Suppliers should be able to dispatch Veh on payment on loaded Veh only

  • Full of confidence (Bold speaker) can make trade decision

  • Great Communicator/ Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving Attitude

  • Have regional Language Knowledge
    Knowledge on Go to market strategy for trading in whole spices B2B

  •  Red chilli trading or financing ops personnels

  • Should have basic calculations skills and price negotiation skills

Good to have skills:

  • Knowledge of at least 2 Spices Commodities (Sales, Quality & Top Buyers)

  • 2-3 Years experience in same Industry.

  • Preferred Whole spices trading or trade finance
