Position: Institutional Sales Manager - B2B
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: MBA
Job Summary: The HoReCa Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales
strategies to increase market share within the HoReCa segment. This role requires a strong
understanding of the food service industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to
meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
o Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa market.
o Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients within the hotel,
restaurant, and café sectors.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
o Conduct regular visits and presentations to understand client needs and promote
our product offerings.
3. Market Analysis:
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales
strategies.
o Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for growth and product
development.
4. Sales Targets and Reporting:
o Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
o Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
5. Collaboration with Operations:
o Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and high product
quality.
o Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns
tailored for the HoReCa sector.
6. Training and Support:
o Provide training and support to clients on product usage and benefits.
o Stay updated on product knowledge and industry standards to effectively
communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 Yrs years of sales experience in the HoReCa sector, preferably within the food and
beverage/ Agricultural industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation
