About the Role:

The MT programme offers a customized development journey structured to explore your potential within the business/ functional stream. It ensures that the students are given the necessary inputs in terms of managerial development, cross-functional and cross-business exposure, and in-depth functional experience in order to develop domain expertise, equip them with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles, as well as, lay the foundation for their growth and development as business leaders. 

The programme is designed to expose you to the world of food and agri and will take you through multiple rotations throughout the journey of food value chains. Participants will get a chance to work in multiple geographies across India, build their network and understand the complexity and variety of work. The induction programme is supported by projects and stints which help them to grasp the various nuances of the business and, at the same time, contribute to the growth of the Company.

As a Management Trainee, you will support the product/category management team in researching market opportunities,Developing new products, Streamlining the Supply chain & opeartions, studying competition and collaborating across teams to drive business initiatives. You will gain exposure to different business functions and play a key role in shaping FarMart’s product and sourcing strategies.

Must have skills:

. 

• Master's Degree/MBA in Agriculture or a relevant field.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
