About the Role:

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the full development lifecycle and is passionate about staying abreast of emerging technologies. 

What you will do: 

  • You will Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues promptly.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process.

What you should have: 

We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work. We’re looking for someone dynamic with the below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –

  • Proficient with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

  • Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js or Python.

  • Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs

  • Educational Qualifications - Master's/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Demonstrated data-driven decision-making and strong customer empathy
