About the Role:
The ideal candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager should possess experience, self-motivation, should have effective communication skills, dedication to work, proficiency in negotiating commodity prices with good industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
● Delivering the sales targets assigned to Area/State .
● Delivering sales Volume both on Primary /secondary
● Distributors /Traders /Key Account meeting this expansion on Targets
● Handling Team; Keeping them Motivated
● Driving Local Sales with all Promotion Schemes
● Managing Mills and ensure the proper Supplies happen to the Assigned Area
● Must Handle Front Line team ( SO / ASE )
● Must Ensure to delivery the Individual targets Assigned to ASM
● Manage the Targets of Team & Individual Targets as Assigned by Organisation
● Has To Manage & Control on Payments on Receivable form Team & Market
● Manage the sales by individual to ensure the targets reach as Assigned for your Area
● Need to Drive the entire Sales / collection /GMV as assigned for your Area
● Weekly targets has to achieve as per the Targets assigned
● Need all team members to manage for achieve the targets as assigned to the area

Must have skills:
● Should have a knowledge of Bulk B2B business handling with an industry knowledge
● Must have Min 3-5 years Experience.

Good to have skills:
● Should have expertise in Bulk sales B2B.preferably,
● Background in Milling along with a strong distributor/broker network.
