Job Title: Customer Success Intern
Company Overview:
FarMart Pantry is embarking on an exciting journey to build a strong presence in the Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and Modern Trade spaces. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual who can take ownership of setting up and scaling our business on these channels from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in the growth of a new and ambitious brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to buyers and suppliers of Farmart Pantry to track ongoing business operations.

Check order status, delivery timelines, and payment updates.
-
Collect feedback and report any issues, delays, or escalations to the internal operations team.

Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the company’s internal system.

Build and maintain good relationships with buyers and suppliers through professional and empathetic communication.

Coordinate with the sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Share regular MIS and performance reports with the management team.
Requirements:
-
UG/Graduate in any discipline.
-
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (FMCG/Agri/E-commerce background preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.

Strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.

Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
